Legal & Privacy Notice
How we handle your information, what our AI-enabled services do and don't promise, and the terms that apply when you use this website.
Effective date: 16 June 2026 · Last updated: 16 June 2026
1. About this notice
This website is operated by Sapphire Strategic Advisory LLC, doing business as SapphireIQ (“SapphireIQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this website, or by contacting us through it, you agree to this notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Services we provide under a separate written agreement are governed by that agreement; where it conflicts with this notice, the agreement controls.
2. Privacy & your data
What we collect. When you submit our contact form we collect the details you provide, typically your name, business name, email, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us. When you browse the site, we and our service providers may collect standard technical information (such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed) through cookies or similar technologies.
How we use it. We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare and send any materials you request (such as a consult summary or report), provide and improve our services, and communicate with you about SapphireIQ. We process this information because it is necessary to respond to your request, for our legitimate business interests, and/or with your consent.
We do not sell your data. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, form, email, hosting and analytics providers), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed; or where required by law.
Security & retention. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information:
- United States (including California and other states with privacy laws): to know what we collect, to access, delete or correct it, and to opt out of any “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
- EEA, UK and similar regions (GDPR / UK GDPR): to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. We rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, and the steps needed to respond to your request. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise any right, email enquiries@sapphireiq.us; we will verify and respond as required by applicable law. This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
International users & data transfers. We operate from the United States and process information there. If you contact us from outside the US, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the US; where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for those transfers.
3. How we handle data in our AI-enabled services
Much of what we do to begin, brand, getting found, bringing in customers, needs no confidential data. Where an engagement does call for access to your business data, we handle it under a written agreement, including confidentiality (NDA) and appropriate technical and contractual safeguards. Your data stays yours. We use it to deliver your services and do not sell it or use it to train third-party models for others.
AI tools and human oversight. Our services use artificial-intelligence tools, including third-party AI platforms. AI can be powerful but is not infallible: outputs may contain errors, omissions, or “hallucinations,” and may need human review. We build review and approval into our work, and you remain in control, material outputs (campaigns, messages, price changes, posts, filings) are presented for your approval, and final decisions are yours. You are responsible for your own use of any deliverables and for your compliance with laws that apply to your business.
4. No professional advice
SapphireIQ provides marketing, technology, and operational consulting. Our website content and our services are for general informational and business purposes and are not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and do not create a professional-client relationship in those fields. We are not your accountant, lawyer, or financial advisor. You should obtain advice from a qualified professional before making decisions that have legal, financial, or tax consequences.
5. Illustrative content & no guarantee of results
Figures, charts, scenarios, sample dashboards, and examples shown on this website are illustrative only. They are provided to convey the shape of possible outcomes and do not represent actual client results, promises, or guarantees. Business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not warrant or guarantee any specific result, revenue, ranking, or return.
6. Intellectual property
The SapphireIQ name, logo, and the content, design, and code of this website are owned by SapphireIQ or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the site for informational purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse it commercially without our written permission. Ownership of work product we create for a client is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
7. Third-party services & links
Our services may involve third-party platforms (for example, advertising, social, search, payment, analytics, or AI providers), and this site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that party's own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SapphireIQ and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability arising from paid services is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page; your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised notice.
11. Governing law
This notice and any dispute relating to this website are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in New Jersey will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
