We built SapphireIQ for the businesses we grew up around.

After three decades helping the world's largest companies grow with technology, we set out to bring that same know-how, now powered by AI, to the local businesses that give a neighborhood its character. We don't just advise: we build the AI and run it for you. Here's why, and how we think.

Why we started

We always wanted to help businesses like yours. AI finally let us.

For thirty years, we helped major enterprises run better with technology. The whole time, we wished we could do the same for local businesses, but a small, senior team couldn't reach thousands of them one at a time. The intent was always there; the reach wasn't.

AI changed that: the very thing we now bring to you is what finally lets us be there for you. It's personal, too: we have family on both sides who run small businesses, so we've seen up close both the heart that goes in and how hard it can be. We didn't start SapphireIQ to chase a trend. We started it to help businesses like the ones in our own family.

We've spent our careers bringing technology to some of the world's biggest companies. But the businesses we thought about most were the small businesses in our own families. We always wanted to help businesses like theirs, and for years, with a small team, we simply couldn't do it all even if we wanted to. AI finally changed that. That's the whole reason we built SapphireIQ.
